With this envision, right from its inception in 1983, Mercy Memorial School boasts of a history of educational excellence based on firmly embedded values & passion for learning in an extremely congenial environment, inspiring students to stand out in the diverse modern era, keeping with our motto – 'Let Your Light Shine'.

As a Principal, I feel a real sense of privilege in having the opportunity to lead this outstanding school where we subscribe to a pedagogy that has well trained teachers to instill in our students, thinking skills and a growth mindset in an enquiry based learning environment. These most essential ingredients for success in the present century are also complemented and enhanced by a rich and diverse extra - curricular programme of sports, music, drama, educational expeditions and many other pursuits, all designed to educate a student with a holistic approach.
Thus, we endeavour to provide learning experiences which are planned, purposeful and matched to the needs, abilities and readiness of pupils for we understand-
'When the roots go strong, the shoots spring up'.
But before I end up, I boastfully divulge that this pursuit of excellence couldn’t have been possible without the conscientious efforts of the parents and the sincere dedication of our teachers.
I appreciate our parent fraternity for supporting the school in every aspect and I also laud the relentless efforts of our teachers for giving their best in bringing out the best in each child. Last but not the least I extend the students to be always modest, humble and disciplined, while being ready to expand the horizons of their knowledge and skills by dreaming big and beavering hard, for they must not forget-
